These are recommendations only, and under no circumstances are sellers obliged to use the services of any service provider recommended. Fardella & Bell Limited will not be held liable in respect of any of the services provided by these service providers. In some instances, Fardella & Bell Limited may receive a financial benefit in the form of a referral fee from service providers that it recommends to sellers. However, the Agency only forms such arrangements with providers that it genuinely believes offer a good service. We will inform you of the specific details of any arrangement that we have with service providers at the time we recommend them to you.
