Upon making a decision to sell your property the first step in the process is to find out the current value of your home. We provide a free property valuation service where we will attend your property at a convenient time, discuss the valuation and all the other helpful services that we can offer.

The marketing
Once we’ve taken quality interior and exterior photography, done our measurements, and written our detailed descriptions, your property will be marketed online on Rightmove, Zoopla, and on Social Media. Our extensive database of buyers will also be notified if your property matches their requirements.

The viewings
Our down-to-earth professional service means we will always advise carrying out accompanied viewings on behalf of you. This allows us to receive honest feedback to help us in the sale process, which we will provide you following a viewing. We will collate all the feedback to help us understand and create strategy for the sale.

The conveyancing
Once you’ve accepted an offer you’re happy with, we will be there for you throughout the conveyancing process. We work with several solicitors, which means not only will you be in safe hands, but we can reduce the time spent getting your property over the line. More importantly it means that no intrusion from third parties can delay things for you.
